Great for Muscle Spasms & Cramps This works immediately to stop spasms & cramps in arms & legs. After shaking the container, push the button & the liquid comes out like foam in the palm of your hand. Rub the foam on the area where the pain is & in seconds the pain is gone. My husband & I both use it & swear by its pain relief. There is nothing worse than being awakened from a good nights sleep, in the middle of the night. We keep a container nearby in case we need to use it to relieve what can be explained as excruciating pain, walk around & when the pain is gone, go back to sleep. If you are on your feet all day long, nights can be very difficult to get peaceful sleep. I suffer from Charley Horse on my calves after a long run. Also on any muscle after a 1 hour intense workout l. Even though I hydrate and do the necessary steps I still get cramps. It gets so bad even 6+ hours after my workout I get cramps. I spray this 6/8 times and it stops. My body doesn’t know what to do this is amazing. I would recommend

I had been plagued with severe cramps in my feet and legs. The first time I tried this TheraWorks I was HOOKED! Bye-bye cramps. If anything hurts, TheraWorks almost always removes the pain. No matter where. I always have "a pair and a spare" of these dispensers to guarantee I will not run out. I would have given this wonderful medication a 5 star were it not for the flimsy and aggrivating delivery system. The foam dispenser clogs up and just plain is aggravating after after a few days of use. The spray can only be used if the bottle is straight up. It will not spray at an angle or on the bottom of your feet, for example. If the company would invest a few more dollars in a better pump, perhaps consider an aerosol spray or better foam dispenser, they would have the absolute perfect pain solution for many people.

Ok. I waited to review this because I was nervous. My husband is a big guy and travels A LOT. On traveling days he has legs cramps at night. Theraworx has literally STOPPED the cramps. He tried them on his hands - which can cramp while repetitively using tools and worked for that too! He has cramps on the tops of his feet. Worked there too. Now, he won't travel without it. Not really believing the results, my husband stopped using it - and the cramps came back.. use it - they don't. He says that with Theraworx, he gets a full night sleep (which he thinks is a miracle in itself) after suffering with leg cramps for YEARS at night. I don't get cramps that often, so I use as needed. It works quickly - which is important if you have ever had a major cramp. Honestly, I don't fully understand WHY it works... but it does. I am sure that everyone is different - it may not work for everyone. But I think it's something to say that we have tried on three different people with different types of cramps and have had 100% relief - no kidding. We purchased the 'spray' - not the foam. Not sure if there is a difference there - but I have to say we love the spray. Spray it on... a quick rub and let it dry - which is fast. It's not sticky. Doesn't have an odor. I kinda feel like it's one of those rare things that actually works. If you suffer from cramps, I would urge you to try it - invest just once. And review it! This stuff is amazing. And no, I am NOT compensated or know anyone at Theraworx! But I do tell everyone I know. Having said all of that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Didn’t get the results I was looking for

It did not work the first time I used it but then, after applying a couple of nights in a row.....it works! I have not had foot cramps or cramps in my toes ever since. I love this product.

This product has been a game changer for me I suffered with night time leg cramps and tight calf muscles. This product from first use has completely stopped the leg cramps and relaxed my muscles I really recommend this product will continue with it

The Theraworx Relief Fast-Acting Spray for Leg/Foot Cramps was recommended to me by a friend who swears by it. It took a couple of weeks to be delivered because it came from a US manufacturer. I saw a similar product made by a Canadian manufacturer in Mississauga. I may try them out the next time to compare the quality of the two products.
