I have been taking 12 MG for 7 days and haven't really noticed anything yet. I will continue to take it for another week. I started taking it with coconut oil. I do a coconut oil pulling and swallow pills and oil before bed. Two birds - one stone. It does color you poo rusty brown so I know its breaking down in my system and hopefully being absorbed.

This is great product as an antioxidant protecter against free radicals. At least 10 X more potent than vitamin C

I've been taking these pills for like 3 or 4 years and they don't seem to be able to help me and my eye sight. So I am finished with them, BioAstin, EyeAstin, and other pills that didn't help from this Company that Oprah convinced me would help.
