Product is sturdy and well built I was worried the ring wouldn’t hold but have had way over 200 on it and no cracks or bending

I bought this to do some finger and wrist training, and for this purpose, the shaft is a bit too long. I would have preferred a shorter shaft so that I would have more lifting distance. I bought this to replace a smaller one I had with a smaller diameter hole, which was very awkward to use with Olympic plates. It is nice that the bottom is flat, and padded (the one I replaced has an annoying bolt at the bottom, and is not padded).
