Great item. Bought this for my 20 years old daughter and it's been dropped a fair few times and not cracked or anything. Really good quality item. She is very pleased with it and uses this every day and it helps with the anxiety

Lots of choice to choose from, what I will say is some of my preferred stim (sounds) are blocked by the knobbly things wich actually make it frustrating and quite difficult to find a comfortable position to use , good quality, also good value for money, just lots of fiddly things in the way to get the dopamine release

No worry stone attached and "gears" have flashing which impede movement

It’s meant to be made for fidgeting with. One of the fidgets broke on first day. The inner mechanism clearly broke.Not fit for purpose.

Bigger than I expected (spans the palm of my hand, so not exactly easy to carry in pocket) but device itself works well
