Great product
Works well and easy to install. I love the aluminum frame that’s on it in the way that it fits. I have bought this three times in the past and used it and several other places highly recommend it.

Perfect new ladder
Excellent attic ladder! Very sturdy with a 375 lb load capacity, and the aluminum build makes it both strong and lightweight. The installation was straightforward, and it fits the rough opening perfectly (54” x 22.5”). Opens and closes smoothly, feels secure underfoot, and gives easy access to the attic. Great quality for the price—highly recommend if you need a reliable attic ladder!

Good but look out for missing parts
These are not as heavy as they look. When it got delivered the box corners were crushed. Once I got it open the ceiling cover MDF board was smashed up in the corner. All of the screws fell out of the box all over the place, they were not even put in a bag. Two of the smallest screws must have fallen out that smashed corner or were never included in the box. Once I started to get the ladder ready to lift in the ceiling I noticed it wasn't even square. I feel someone was moving this thing on the corner that had gotten smashed and racked the whole thing out of square. One thing I would note is when you cut the legs off (which is easier than it sounds), check to see if you can leave them long to slide into the bottom legs you slide on. Just seems like if I left mine longer than cut C, it would have made the bottom supports stronger. Also be careful when tightening the lag screws down, they must be made from some cheap metal, I snapped two of them off. Which makes it hard to correct if part of the lag is installed. They do get you a couple extra. I think the unit over all is good. Kind of on the narrow side compared to other ladders I have had in the past. The instructions seem intimidating really but the ladder is easy to install. I had a second hole into my ceiling so I solo installed this, can't be done without a second hole I don't think.

Aluminum ladder easy install.
Easy install since it’s all aluminum. I would always leave ladder in opening for garage attic. Now it is out of sight when I don’t need it. The ladder operates very easily. I have had wooden before, aluminum makes it a lot smoother opening it. I did break a bolt off when tightening, maybe my torque was set too high on my screwgun.

Safe feeling
Very nice and far exceeds the contractor grade wood stick of a ladder. Like other folks mentioned I added a few bolts for a secure feeling. I had no issues with delivery 📦

Awesome design!
I don’t know why I waited 27 years to install one of these. This is so much safer getting in and out of my attic. I’m not on a 8 foot ladder anymore easy to install..

Aluminum attic stairway.
Very nice ladder, lighter than the old one. The only thing not as good was the quality of the “board” that it was mounted on. Sort of cheap and flimsy. But overall good product.
