I had to get a new washing machine and didn't even consider needing hoses... When Lowes delivered, they told me they were not allowed to install it using my old hoses. Logically the original hoses themselves were fine, they just probably needed new seals. I couldn't find the same kind of seals at Lowes or Home Depot and when I saw the price of new hoses, I thought they were crazy! This 2 pack was cheaper than the majority of single hoses at the big box chains... I decided to go with 6 feet over the 4 foot ones that I had previously... this way I can move the washer out away from the wall and clean behind it with relative ease. I know it doesn't matter but I appreciate the red and blue stripes on the hoses indicating hot and cold. That's a nice touch. These hoses are flexible, easy to install and have a cool industrial look to them. Hopefully this will be the last hoses I will ever need to buy.

Bought a new washing machine, and it's always a good idea to buy new hoses at the same time. The idea of having a replacement house that provided better features than the previous ones seemed like a good idea. We'll know in 15 or 20 years as they installed just fine.

Time will tell as to how good they are but they seem very well made. The warranty also looks good.
