I love the smell. I use it on my forehead and over my sinuses to help with allergy headaches. Back of my neck and behind my ears for tension headaches. It does help and smells great. Just don't get it to close to your eyes. It will burn.

Scent I got was Calm. Yes the initial thing you smell is ONLY peppermint… which I did see some of the reviews mention BUT once it settles maybe like 10 min of wear you can smell the other scents on your skin.Love that the initial scent is peppermint. It provides kind of a shock / cooling sensation and it really helps my anxiety focus on the smell. The after scent is everything I find it very soothing and also hard to explain. Due to the initial scent if you dont like peppermint do not buy this product. If you dont mind the smell of peppermint buy it! This was a small win for me and my anxiety/ptsd. Its not going to cure you but I do find it relaxes my muscles a little bit and the scent brings me back to the present.My only complaint is it does not stay more than maybe 30 minutes all together. So I find that I reapply frequently 😂I definitely want to try the Zen bottle next!

I bought this for my freshman daughter as an alternative to medication. She has very high anxiety and tends to shy away from participating in things. She plays libero on the volleyball team but suffers during games because everyone watches that position due to the different colored jersey. She is able to discreetly roll this on before a game or practice and her nerves are eased in no time! I've even used it a time or two when I know I'll be in an uncomfortable situation.

I didn't expect much but was surprised that the scent lasts until I fall asleep. It is lovely and I never would have though of purchaicng this item had I not come across it by mistake. What a wonderful mistake it turned out to be.

Whenever I feel stressful at work, I put a dab on each side of my neck. It works well. I start to feel a little relaxed.

scent is not overwhelming, good to use before bed put a little on my neck, temples, good value

I suffer from extreme panick attacks my mind is constantly going but my nurse introduce me to this one day at my visit she told me to smell it and put some on my wrist it definitely put my mind at ease my panick has been at a minimum when I feel one coming on I put this behind my ears my wrist etc if you going through aniexty , ptsd , excessive worrying etc just pray meditate and use this and know that God got us 🙏🏾❤️💪🏾
