I don't personally notice a difference, but I do not use regularly. The powder seems to be of high quality. When mixed with warm water, the tea tastes kind of like peanuts, not a bad taste at all. It can be quite pleasant when sweetened with stevia. I sometimes just scoop the powder in my mouth and drink it down with water. I love natural products that help protect the brain. I have my daily regimen, and don't want to overkill, so this is nice every once in awhile for me. Would recommend.

Good supplements are almost never tasty. But, like this product, they are high quality, directly from the source. This product seems to be that. And in bulk, making it available for a good price.

This Mucuna is the best of 3 mfrs I've bought on Amazon. I used to just put it in my coffee in the morning. But now usually put & shake in a juice bottle w L-Glutamine & L-Theonine as a pain mgt and fatigue drink.

I like that this comes in a jar makes it easier to use, I think its working as well as most of the other brands on amazon, but the darker cocoa color dopamine is supposed to be better quality, according to my research.

Poor quality

Took 1/4 teaspoon 2 days in a row and was screwed up for the next 5 days. I thought I had permanent damage but it finally went away, thank goodness. Dumped the rest out!
