This has a really nice floral pear flavor. I would use it sparingly.

I got this to use in soda. I am giving it *two* stars instead of one because it's possible it tastes better in baked products. In soda and simple syrups, it tastes almost toxic.

This smelled of chemical and a teaspoon of it ruined a cake I made with it. I poured the remainder down my laundry tub drain and it made my laundry room smell for a day. Additionally, I purchased it in March and the expiration date was in June. Not a good product.

Had an odd floral smell and did not taste like pear. Gave the dish a strange flavor. Would not buy again
