NGTeco Time Clocks for Employees Small Business, WiFi Office Fingerprint Time Clock Automatic Punch in and Out Time Card Machine with App for iOS Android (0 Monthly Fees)

I am very pleased with the time clock machine I purchased for my small business. It offers the convenience of not requiring a monthly fee, and the app's capability to email me reports is exceptionally useful. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding; they are quick to answer calls and address questions thoroughly, guiding me through any errors or issues. The machine is also very user-friendly and straightforward. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and rate it five stars.

Update: On the whole I'm no longer happy with this clock. The "email" function frequently doesn't work so getting access to my employee data is an ordeal. Connecting to the clock is also an ordeal because the IP address constantly changes. And the fingerprint sensor has become unreliable, so getting into the clock to find the new IP address is another ordeal. I have to give this clock two thumbs down for it's unreliability and how it is a total pain to use.On the whole I'm happy with this timeclock, as the fingerprint reader is reliable and gives my employees no problem. It also is self-sufficient and doesn't require a subscription to access your punch data.However, using the app to connect to the clock and email your data is a total annoyance. The IP address of the clock is always changing so you can't just easily sign in. Every week I have to go back to the clock, sign in as administrator and discover the correct IP address for the app to connect to. There should be some way that this is kept static to avoid this.

Our former ng time clock finally died and I couldn't find the same model. So I bought a different brand. It was such a nightmare. After 3 months I couldn't stand all the info I had to figure out weekly just to pay my staff. So back online I went looking for ng models from former experience. Found this 1 and hit purchase. Its even better then my first model and can use my phone for many features. Highly recommend.

As with all things from china the instructions are TERRIBLE. Tech support answered quickly, Michael Vinod was very nice and patient with me, even his instructions were missing steps and we had to go over it again and again but we got it done. The app itself is very simple, no instructions really needed. The machine is very simple and easy now that its set up. The time I spent total getting it set up with users and understanding the machine was about an hour which is not bad at all, I still have to add everyone's fingerprints but now I know how so it should not take long. If I have issues with it I will update this.

Tiene un sistema que genera un reporte CSV y en su USB trae un reporte de Excel, muy fácil de entender.La configuración fue fácil para ser la primera vez que instalaba un reloj de estos.Pensé que tenía batería de backup interna.No le vi para reconocimiento facial. No tuve que usar a l soporte técnico.

Somewhat gets the job done. Only issue is the reports aren't generated accurately in the sense that doesn't calculate the time worked if finger print was entered twice due to unable to read the first time.

Once I received item for my business, I ran ethernet cables and had a plug installed in my business. As I started to set item up, the instructions are not specific. You still have to set up wi-fi and it took time to figure out how to get alphabetical letters on display for my password. Once I figured that out, I could not connect to the phone app. Decided to call tech line and was greeted by a person with a very heavy accent. It was very hard to understand him, but he told me my phone Samsung Note 10 was not compatible and that I needed a new phone to use for time clock. He finally told me another tech would call me and I waited a couple of hours to call back. Once I called back, I went thru the entire process with no luck. This product could be awesome if the instructions were better, and the help techs were more understandable. Ended up returning an item I was very excited to use.

Works great and my employees love it. The only fall back is it is a little confusing at the beginning during setup. Called customer support and answered very quickly but it was someone from India or Pakistan and extremely had to understand what he was saying.
