Following review of my eating habits I decided addition of omega 3 supplements would not be a bad idea. I purchased an animal based product which caused my tummy some issues. So switched to this product. Perfect. No issues, easy to take and no fishy aftertaste. Although slightly more expensive I would highly recommend.

Lo tomo a diario porque soy vegana y no como pescado. No repite en absoluto. Las cápsulas son muy fáciles de ingerir.
