ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Kingwood 42-pc 18/10 Stainless Steel Flatware Set

I love this Kingwood set! They are 18/10 Stainless Steel. They have good weight to them. (Which is awesome) Not light weight. Very sturdy and very nice design! They are a very modern design and can be used for everyday or for special occasions! Highly recommend!

I purchased this flatware set from Zwilling a few weeks ago, and am really impressed by it's quality. The utensils are all well balanced. The knives cut well. I like the look and feel of the decorative texture on the handles. Bought a set for 8 and felt like it was worth the cost. Looking forward to enjoying them for many years.

I have plenty of Henckels cutlery and based this choice for flatware primarily on the brand and the quality of the stainless steel. And I was correct. This flatware felt great to hold, looked perfect at a casual setting or even one with a little more formal artistry to it. The dinner knife blades were amazingly sharp and the everything washed well. I have purchased flatware sets at big box stores and they varied from being uncomfortable, flimsy or rusted after a number of washings. Not with this set. Glad I bought it.

These are weighted really nice for my hand, and the length is just right. Nice and strong, easy to clean, bright and shiny. The set comes with a serving fork and a solid serving spoon. I have been a fan of Henckels knives, and this flatware set does not disappoint.

Nice weight-sturdy. Not too light, but not heavy. They wash up nicely and look good.

Love the style, weight, shape of heads, easy to clean.

Update review… Beautiful flatware however developing rust spots after only 5 months. I purchased Zwilling flatware expecting a higher quality product. I reached out to customer service and received the following recommendation…. ZWILLING Hello, Thank you for your email and the pictures attached. We’re so sorry to hear that you're experiencing a problem with our products, However what we first advise our customers to do regarding rust is to try use & care using the baking soda method: 1. Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda in 2 cups of water. 2. Rub the baking soda solution on the rust stain using a toothbrush. Baking soda is non-abrasive and will gently lift the rust stain from the stainless steel. 3. Rinse and wipe the spot with a wet paper towel. The rust should disappear, should the rust spots re-appear, kindly reach back out to us to advise you on how to file for warranty. Additionally, should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. *I do not feel it is acceptable to have to scrub rust off my new flatware. My lower end flatware of 15+ years never developed rust. Disappointed to say the least!

First off, this is a rather attractive set of flatware. They have a decent weight and the handles don’t show finger prints, except at the top, which is a bonus. I haven’t had any problem with dishwashing them or rust and I use them everyday. However, I’ve really grown to dislike the set, because the bottom corners of the spoons and forks are very pointy and dig into your hand if say, you’re mixing or storing something. It can be uncomfortable and annoying. If you don’t mind that drawback, it’s a nice set.
