I ordered this product to be used in the washroom for my mother's safety.. this product is very sturdy and made of good quality material..since it has a rubber grip, it makes it even more safer for senior citizens.. the installation process is simple and the necessary screws have been provided with it.. im happy with my purchase..

Needed a grab handle in the washroom for my senior citizen parents and this serves the purpose totally. The build is pretty strong, finish is very good. also has a rubber mat rolled on the grab handle which provides a very good grip. Extremely happy with the product.
