These gummies work like a charm for a good night sleep. The flavor is good and so is the texture. The combination of melatonin and magnesium works very well without feeling groggy the next morning. However, make sure not to take more than the recommended dose.

It works well enough, unfortunately I got a low dose of melatonin. It helps calm me unwind and keep me relaxed enough to fall asleep on my own. So for those that don’t need a higher does this might work for them.

Taste amazing and works really well. Unlike other melatonin gummies I have tried, I actually sleep through the entire night with these. The only downside is they are so sticky! I don't know if it is because they melted a bit during the mailing process since it is summer. It's not a dealbreaker for me but it is annoying having to wash my hands after taking them.

People!!!!! Seriously. I’ve always had trouble falling asleep. I can stay asleep. No issues. Long military career so I’m used to getting only a few hours and being good to go but my issue has always been actually getting to fall asleep. I take 2 like the bottle says and about 30 mins later my eyes start to go and I’m done. Melatonin has always left me feeling more tired in the morning. I have a routine I do before bed. Nothing has really ever helped until I got these! If you’re questioning it, don’t! Try these. I gave it 5 stars for a reason!

The melatonin does its job to help with sleep which is the important thing. I have other Goli vitamins in gummy for and I like them. These were not as I expected with the reviews saying stuff like "great" or "good" for the taste. I understand that there are other ingredients besides melatonin but I didn't think it would taste bad. It is a tolerable taste - that is the best I can say. I didn't think much of the comments that said gummies stick together because I know they do! But these are STICKY, kind of slimy so they stick together. The slime feeling is less tolerable than the taste somehow. I'll finish this bottle (maybe) and then find a different melatonin to help with sleep.

Product does not work. I used it for two days. It is not effective. Don’t waste your time or money. I had to change my rating after I researched and saw that it does not make you fall asleep. It relaxes your body to help you fall asleep and I have been feeling so well rested and have more energy throughout the day than I did before. I will purchase again. I hope this is helpful to everyone else and I learned to do research before posting.
