Great Seasoning
Love this stuff! Have used it on a pork roast and a roasted chicken. The flavor was wonderful!

Delicious
This is an amazing spice. I first tried it on some pork chops. I only used the fennel along with onion and garlic powder. I cooked it on broil in my Typhur Airfryer and it was delicious and juicy. The flavor has a mild licorice taste which really enhanced the meat. Definitely worth the price!

Delicate taste
My wife used a very small amount of this stuff in mashed potatoes and it gave them a subtlety sweet, delicate flavor. We saw a chef on a show about cooking use fennel pollen and were curious about it.

nice addition to spice collection
Watching Giada on Food Network...she used this in a recipe (Pretzel crusted chicken fingers with curry ketchup). I thought I would get this pollen since I use fennel a lot and it would be an interesting addition to my spices. It beats crushing fennel although I also use regular fennel as I always have. It is just a nice thing to have and works well with this particular recipe as well as for my sauces.
