Easy to install and use
Really happy with this smart lock! Feels solid and looks sleek on the door. Bluetooth and remote access work smoothly without any hiccups. Setup was quick, and the app makes it super easy to manage.

Useless and Ineffective - All doors
Installation on metal doors is a nightmare. Not worth the product quality, efforts. Any app you wish to use comes with a monthly charge - very expensive compared to other apps and not worth it. And if you don’t use an app most functions are not going to work rendering the product over 80% useless. So not worth buying it for wooden doors as well.

Review after 1 year of usage
Review after 1 year of usage. Pros: * Product does what it says. * Quality is decent and it makes life convenient of family members as they don't have to wait for anyone to open the lock. * Mobile app works well. Cons: * Product is clearly a white labeled after importing from china. * No installation support, installation is easy tho. * No clear instructions on how to use it as everything was written in Chinese. I had to figure out the installation and usage myself. * Occassionaly it glitches and keeps on making sound which is annoying. Fortunately it doesn't unlock due to glitch. I have been using duracell batteries that costed 200 and lasts for an year.
