This adapter worked perfectly so I could use my ResMed tube and mask with the travel ResMed mini.

This works and fits well on my Resmed Air Mini. There's no air leakage and the cpap tubing fits well, and i can use my regular tubing and regular face mask. There's no need to buy the separate tubing and face mask package for the Air mini. I'm using a Qlite muffler and a HME moisturizer too. Everything seems to be working well and no issue. I'm tempted to keep using it instead of my full size Resmed cpap machine.

This small adapter worked great. Fits my regular non-heated hose, and allowed me to use my AirSense 10 mask on the AirMini. Pluses are that you hear a lot less noise NOT using an AirMini mask, and I don't need to keep two sets of supplies any longer. The only caveat I can see so far is that you lose the ability to use the HumidX cartridges with the AirMini and that means no humidity will coming through the hose.

The unit fits well and works. It is quite a low production cost item. I think it would be fair to be able to purchase a pair of these for a couple $'s more as I can't imagine the unit cost is much more. Really does save you from the limitations of the Air Mini. Note: most masks used with the Air Mini are LOUD. An in-line CPAP muffler sold on Amazon by another manufacturer that will muffle the noise making it almost as quiet as a standard machine. I highly recommend the pair for travel.

I just got my AirMini in anticipation of a multi-week trip out of country. It is amazingly small and as quiet as my Airsense 11. The proprietary hose and mask is a big downside. I already use a Resmed mask, so using the AirMini one wouldn't be a big change. But I didn't want to keep two separate hose and mask setups. This adapter works perfectly. It snaps right onto the AirMini and my regular hose connects firmly. It doesn't feel like I am forcing it and I don't detect any leaks. I am 100% satisfied. I will not be able to use the HumidX cartridges and cannot use other HME filters. I use the nasal pillow mask and the HME has to be put close to the mask to work. Since the pillow mask has the short hose permanently part of it, the HME filter would be too far away. But I've tried it for a few nights now and while the back of my throat is a bit dry when I wake, I can deal with it. There are more expensive versions of this type of adapter, but this one works so why pay more?

This connector fits my standard CPAP hose end just fine, but unfortunately, it does not fit well into the AirMini machine itself. It is too loose which causes air to leak and makes a lot of noise. It's unusable.

Finally a way to use my airmini without their proprietary hose and mask connectors!

Das ResMed AirMini mag ein schönes Reise-CPAP-Gerät sein. Für Hotelreisen ist der dünne 15 mm Schlauch handlich kleiner zu verpacken, als der Standard 22 mm Schlauch. Nur gibt es für das an sich schöne AirMini Ersatz Maske + Schlauch nur zusammen im teuren Paket und nicht - wie für das stationäre CPAP-Gerät - auf Kassenrezept. Dieser AirMini Schlauch-Adapter (gibt es anderswo teilweise günstiger ;-) ist die kostengünstige Lösung. Damit passt der normale 22 mm Kassen-Schlauch perfekt auf das AirMini und ans andere Ende die Standard Kassen-Maske. Funktioniert in der Kombination einwandfrei. Längere Zeit so genutzt und ideal z.B. in Wohnmobil, Caravan oder LKW. Alternativ gibt es zwar auch andere Adapter für den ResMed 15 mm Schlauch, um an diesem schön dünnen Schlauch Standard Kassenmasken anschließen zu können. Auch das habe ich getestet: Funktioniert auch gut, aber nur mit Masken, die nicht über einen etwa 20 cm langen, 15 mm "Rüssel" verfügen, wie ihn die sonst schönen ResMed Masken haben. Dann ist der ankommende Druck zu gering. Problemlos dagegen der Betrieb z.B. einer Cara-Maske, bei der der 22 mm Schlauch quasi direkt am 22 mm Schlauch sitzt! Die 15 mm Schlauch-Maskenadapter werden über den Bajonett-Anschluss mit dem dünnen 15 mm AirMini verbunden. Funktioniert solange gut, wie man von da an nur noch 22 mm Masken damit nutzt. Denn nach nur 1 Nutzung - getestet mit zwei verschiedenen Adaptern und zwei AirMini-Schläuchen - wird der Bajonett-Teil des Schlauches minimal beschädigt. In Folge rastet die original AirMini-Maske nicht mehr sicher ein. Man braucht dann ein neues, teures ResMed Airmini Schlauch + Maske Set. Daher: Besser den Adapter für 22 mm Schlauch an AirMini nutzen!
