This is the most effective heat-based painkiller I've found. (Think "Ben-Gay" or "Icy Hot".) It's similar, but slightly superior to the Tiger Balm Red ointment that can be found in Asian markets. (It bears little resemblance to the Tiger Balm products found in most pharmacies.) Salonpas patches beat this hands-down for convenience, but if you don't mind a strong clove odor and a formulation dissolved in beeswax, Flying Tiger seems to resolve muscle aches better than any other heat-based product I've seen.

It works very well, better than the similarly named product, tiger balm, at least for me. Works for sore muscles, and minor aches and pains.

This item works best out of all of the Tiger Balms for muscle pain and spasm. We also use it for colds and respiratory issues. It seems to reach deeper into the areas where relief is needed. Works and holds well overnight. Would highly recommend this product and the pricing is reasonable.
