Great Stuff...too many negative reviews here from...
...people who don't know almond butter or are used to Justin's or other brands that contain palm oil. This is dry-roasted 100% almonds. There will be lumps of sediment that will be hard to mix, the consistency will be thin-ish and 'pourable' at room temp; slightly less so in the fridge. If you want thick (like peanut butter) almond butter buy something that has palm oil added. There will be dark brown/almost black splotches visible thru the jar - that is the husk that covers the almonds. Higher end brands remove this because some people are put off by it, but there is nothing wrong with leaving it in. If you don't want it, buy one of the higher end jars that cost $15 for 10 ounces. This is a bulk, minimally processed and NATURAL product and it is DELISH.

Great
I was concerned with some on the reviews on this product. Yes it is thinner than peanut butter. Make sure you stir it well before using. They is a very think settled piece on the bottom that needs to be reincorperated with the thinner part. The dark blotchy areas I found to be almond skin pieces that for some reason hang out together. Also resolved when you mix it. It's a bit difficult to stir at first but keep at it, it all smooths out in the end. Great taste and cheaper than Costco. Enjoy

Good Stuff
I like Kirkland products; this has an oil slick, but not as bad as many brands.

Too runny, but you can fix that
This almond butter tastes fine, but its way too runny except maybe near the bottom of the jar. When you grind almonds in a blender, you get a moist powder or meal, and it needs a bit of oil. I'd guess they added a lot of almond oil to the Kirkland almond butter. So I bought some almonds, ground them up in a blender, and stirred them into the Kirkland. That made it just right, and you can control the consistency by the proportion of ingredients. No, you shouldn't have to do this, but the result is an almond butter I really like, at a pretty low cost.

No stir.
My first time ordering this Costco brand from Amazon. It ships from Ky and arrives in SC 4 days later. It doesn't need stirring. I haven't seen this in an almond butter before. I rechecked the ingredients to be sure there was no palm oil added and there was not. I can actually pour this right out of the jar into my blender when I make smoothies. Definitely less messy. For now I recommend.

Best almond butter we've had and we've tried a lot.
Excellent taste, no salt and no sugar, good consistency after mixing (you have to refrigerate before spreading of course). The only down and it's a big one is the packing. One, they were just rolling around in a box that had only a token scrap of bubble wrap in it and, two, one jar had been crushed and cracked and covered in a thin sheet of plastic but still leaked out everywhere. It seemed obvious that it had been damaged before it was packed. Given the quality of the product we're going to try one more time, but the company that ships really needs to get their act together.

Very Nice Product
The only issue I had with it, but did not effect the stars, there is quite a bit of natural oil on top when you open it. It is best to pour off the oil, the nut butter mixes quite well without all that added oil. On the ingredients it only has ROASTED ALMONDS, with no added oil-this oil is naturally coming from roasted almonds. It is very easy to spread even with the extra oil thrown away. Very nice taste. I personally think that I would recommend this product if you want an easy-spread product that is only one ingredient.

Good flavor but unfortunately it's pretty oily. More like Almond Soup
I eat almond butter every day. every. single. day. historically I've bought Maranatha in the local grocery, but if it gets above $9/jar I look elsewhere. Which is how I came to order the Kirland product. I like it, good flavor, but seriously, about the bottom quarter of the jar is solid almond butter, and the remainder of the jar is gooey almond oil. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but it's kind of difficult to spread on toast - you have to develop some knife balance skills. My real argument is to call it "Creamy". It's not..."Oily" would be more accurate.

Exactly what it should be, perfect no unwanted extras, a good price though as it’s full of the natural oil of the almonds it separates a bit, I shook it then put it in the fridge upside down, so it’s sets a bit. Or just stir the top bit a little deeper, mits good oil.
