Chinese Laundry Women's Willy

These shoes were a great buy as I bought them used - slightly worn. Very cute and comfortable. My only complaint was while I wore them the fabric started to fray on both shoes near the toes.

I am about to buy my 5th pair of Chinese Laundry Willy heels. I guess the reason why I need to keep buying them is because I wear them almost every day (for work, going out, etc) and over abuse these shoes til they can't handle me anymore. The reason why I wear them everyday is because they are so comfortable to me! So light, simple, elegant, sexy and just super comfortable. FYI, these heels aren't just for formal events like weddings. I even go for walks around the block at my workplace in them. Of course I don't recommend walking miles in them but my point is I can handle them. I read some other people's reviews about these scandals not being comfortable and I'm thinking they must have super sensitive feet or something- they are the best high heels scandals I have ever owned (not to compare them to wedge scandals)By the way, I am a 6.5 but I order 6, since the fit was a tad off. It might be a bit tight if you order 1/2 size down but should be fine after breaking in, takes a few time of wearing.My first pair ever was bronze and I actually "stole" it from my sister. After that, I bought gold and silver from Macy's. Then after I abused these pairs I bought two more of gold and silver at the Chinese Laundry store in Vegas.Try them, hope you love them too!

I bought these shoes for a graduation party, a bar mitzvah, my confirmation, and my cousin's wedding. I wore them four or five times in three to four weeks, with the last event being the graduation party. We walked in, sat down, walked up to receive our diplomas, sat down again, walked out, and walked around to meet our parents and friends. It was probably a two hour event (not including the party), and by the end of those two hours my feet were killing me. But, they looked very good, I got many compliments, and, with proper inserts, they could be comfortable. My suggestion to anyone is to wear them to a few events to break them in before wearing them to a "big event." Other than the pain, they were fabulous shoes.

These strappy sandals have the MOST comfortable straps EVER on heels. They are satin, so they don't dig into your skin like some leather/plastic straps do. The straps on the heel are a little bit funky. Becuase they're all straps, they don't really mould to your heel. But the ankle strap holds it securely so your heels don't slip out of these shoes. I bought these for the wedding and received lots of comments about how cute and simple they are. They look so cute with a pair of jeans also! Perfect for a night out on the town. I'm very happy with this purchase. I just wish there was a tad more sole under the ball of my foot.

Seriously awesome shoes, especially for the price. I've worn them so much that the strappy parts are starting to fray a bit. Usually, the sexier the heel, the more uncomfortable, but these win in both categories. On multiple occasions I've worn them all day long with only minimal pain towards the end of the night, an impressive feat for heels that look like this. My feet are wider than average, which is frequently a problem with heels, but not with these. They also fit true to size. I wear a size 8 in most shoes, so I ordered an 8 - perfect fit. I hadn't even heard of Chinese Laundry previously, but I would certainly buy more of their shoes on the strength of how much I love these heels.

These shoes look great on, but the straps over the toe are too loose and the ankle strap isn't enough to hold your foot in place. I'm no stranger to high heels, but my feet were in a lot of pain after wearing these for a few hours, mostly because the ball of my foot was sliding all over the place. I will try wearing them again with shoe inserts to help keep my feet in place since it's too late for me to exchange them, but I would recommend trying a half size smaller than normal.

First time that I bought shoes from Internet because I am afraid that they wont fit (you know, we always to wear stuff to see how it looks like before we buy). This is a really awesome purchase! They fit well, they are light-weight and the most important thing, they are really comfortable. The tees are made of a really soft material, not plastic or leather or any hard material that will harm your feet. The style is really original and nice. I purchased the mink color so I can wear this pair with any dress, not exactly for parties or evening as the product description said. If you like stilettos, you definitely need to purchase this pair, you will love it. Again, this is a really good purchase!!

I ordered these shoes thinking they were 3 inches when really they are closer to 4. They are not shoes made for dancing or walking all night. I wore them to a wedding and they were comfortable enough (for such a high heel) as long as I could sit down every 15 minutes or so. The great thing is they go with everything. It's worth owning just for that. I don't think I'll have to buy another pair of dress shoes for a while.
