The Smooth move tea works but with varied results. Personally I had to drink three cups a day and that induced cramps. My daughter and her spouse have used it with good results after regulating the intake. Keto constipation is a tough nut to crack. Smooth move may not be up to the job for some doing this plan.That said, the flavor is fine especially with a little stevia. The psyllium husk powder in a smoothie works much better for me. Everyone is different though and Smooth Move works great for some!

Senna is a natural product that helps waste move through the digestive system. It usually is not accompanied by cramps and nausea.My only concern is with the packaging. The envelope did not protect the box during shipping and the box was smashed.
