This is an okay product. It gets the job done. I got this because it was way cheaper than the vanity planet and I needed two, one for me & one for my boyfriend. It comes with batteries but it's REALLY hard to open the battery compartment. The instructions dont say whether you twist or pull.. after reading some reviews I realized that you PULL... just really hard! It has two speeds.. one super slow, and the other just slow. That was a disappointment. Two of the brush heads it came with are unnecessary and useless.. the pumice stone and the latex.. it really only needed the other three. I would not buy this again, nor would I reccomend it to anyone else besides maybe a young teenager who is first starting out in skin care. I might just invest the extra dollars and get the vanity planet. EDIT: From a 2 star, up to a 4. After having this product for a few months & being able to use it, I realized I was too hard in it in my initial review. After changing the batteries I realized its not as slow as I thought, my batteries were just bad. I do really like this product! I just make sure to not press to hard on my skin because the brushes arent the softest and my skin is sensitive. Anyways, for the price I think this is a great deal

Been using for several months!! Still original batteries and absolutely no problems, face has never been better looking! Soft brushes doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, great quality and affordable!!

I’ve been using this facial cleansing spin brush for a couple of weeks, and it actually does a great job at cleaning and gently exfoliating my skin. The multiple brush heads are a nice bonus and make it easy to switch between gentle and deeper scrubbing. My face feels smoother and cleaner after each use. The only downside is the material — it feels a bit lightweight and not as durable as I expected. Still, for the price, it works well and gets the job done. Overall, a solid product that performs better than it looks. I also dislike that it is not rechargeable.

I've actually copied this review as my own because it is exactly what my experience was. And interestingly, when I notified Amazon about a return and refund, they never even questioned the refund and said the product wasn't returnable. Obviously, the manufacturer and seller know it doesn't work. I purchased this face cleaning brush after the one I've had for years wouldn't stay on when you press the button. I saw that this particular product had at least a 4 star review with thousands of reviews so I figured it would do the job just fine. As soon as I put batteries in it and turned it on, it barely spun. I tried the faster setting and even though it did spin quicker, it was not effective for cleaning your face. The brushes are also way too soft and with the brush barely spinning, you're better off hand washing your face. Don't trust the high star reviews if you want a product that will get the job done. I can say I was refunded my money and didn't have to have the hassle of returning the item, but it was a wasted product because it ended up in the trash since it's ineffective. This an amazing little machine for the price , easy to use , soft brush, easy to clean , light weight , good design and long life battery. Definitely will buy again

Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase. The brush has some major pluses! The variety of attachments are more than the majority of powered cleansing brushes. Since my skin's condition is subject to change, there's a brush head attachment for basically all seasons. The 3 bristled brushes are all the same density —rather frugal but not so sparse as to be ineffective. They're definitely effective. The bristles are super soft. It feels like feathers circulating around your face. It's so relaxing. I prefer the silicone brush because it's great for sensitive skin while also deeply cutting into dirt and grease. The difference in my skin on the first use compared to using my fingers, a wash cloth, or a manual brush is significant. The look of my skin was glowing. The feel of my skin was so much cleaner. I felt refreshed! Plus, my acne has noticeably improved after just 1 week! The design is also a big plus! It's so compact. I sit this brush in the corner of my tub, and it stays on the shelf. The ad says to not submerge the brush, and I haven't. I do keep it in the shower though and also use it while in the shower. It continues operating just fine under those steamy conditions. I wish it came with a case, but for about $13, I'm not exactly heart broken over it lol I haven't yet accidentally dropped the brush though. I'm clumsy. It's going to happen. I'll update my review in the event I get to test out that durability 100% So the drawback. I only see 1. The power is ridiculously weak. It uses batteries, and I purchased the Energizer brand. Remember (or do you know of) those old Hot Wheels wind-up cars that you reverse it multiple times to "charge" it, then let the car loose, and it goes a foot or two? Well at the very end when it's basically sputtering before finally stopping? That's this brush. And the 2 variable speeds? There's no difference between the two. What's remarkable to me is that even with a struggling power strength, the brush produces real results. Makes me wonder what a normal rotating brush head does. For $13, the brush is a keeper for me. But for you, that lack of power force might be the make it or break it line for your skin. Maybe your skin needs at least 1 horse power instead of 2 turtles. That's quite reasonable, too. I'm lucky it still works great on my skin. But heads up, that rotation is a struggle

It’s not bad for the price. I need to move it in circles to make it work better as the two speeds are a bit slow than I expected. The bristles on the 3 soft brush heads feel a bit too soft. Over all can’t complain. NOTE : Definitely not water proof so do not wet the the main part of this product. Only wet the bristles when using. Did it work? Face feels so clean and soft like baby’s skin😁

Do not purchase this product, its terrible product for this price. It just does not work and you cant return or get a refund either.

Great as a present for you or a loved one

Ordered it for my Partners birthday, She really liked the product however it broke after just over 1Month of overall use. Be wary of this issue if you are looking to purchase!
