Reviewing on the basis of the one that came with the brush. The refills appear identical. I changed my toothbrush as I needed something gentler on the gums. This head has been good for that yet still appears to clean efficiently. Perfect fit for iO range. Prefer the black as you can see when you have cleaned the head properly. Oral-B quality so I expect it to still be useable when time to replace, but I can’t confirm for this brush head as I have only been using it for a couple of weeks. It was because of the durability of other Oral-B I had previously, that I went for the genuine heads rather than other unknown brands. Very good value if you can pick them up in the sale. Reasonable value when you compare to similar quality disposable toothbrushes.

I have been using an IO toothbrush now for over six months and think these, "Gentle care" toothbrush heads are superior to the, "Ultimate Clean" heads. Having middle-aged teeth I have to be more careful to protect them which is why I originally tried these Gentle Care heads instead of the standard Ultimate Clean. When I switched to the IO toothbrush it came with an Ultimate Clean head and so I have been able to compare the two head types. I believe that these Gentle Care heads clean just as well as the Ultimate Clean heads but they have softer bristles around the edges. Being middle-aged, I have areas around some teeth where there is some gum recission. I found that the Ultimate Clean heads were quite aggressive in these areas and I much prefer these Gentle Care heads. I use these Gentle Care heads with a good sensitive toothpaste and visit the hygienist every six months and there is not much work for the hygienist to do so my cleaning in conjunction with these toothbrush heads is effective. My only down-side with these IO heads is that I think that these toothbrush heads are expensive so I tend to try to only buy when they are on-offer.

Cosa mi è piaciuto: Le setole sono morbide e delicate sulle gengive, ma allo stesso tempo offrono una pulizia profonda e accurata. Non ho mai avuto problemi di irritazione o fastidio durante l'uso. La confezione da 6 pezzi è molto conveniente, garantendo un lungo periodo di utilizzo senza dover acquistare frequentemente nuovi ricambi. Si adattano perfettamente allo spazzolino iO e mantengono la stessa qualità di pulizia delle testine originali incluse nel kit iniziale. Mi piace che queste testine siano progettate specificamente per una cura più delicata, ma senza compromettere l’efficacia nella rimozione della placca. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: Il prezzo è un po' elevato, ma considerando la qualità e la delicatezza delle setole, ritengo che valga l'investimento, soprattutto per chi ha esigenze di cura dentale particolari. Per cosa l'ho usato: Le ho usate quotidianamente come ricambio per il mio spazzolino iO, principalmente per mantenere la mia routine di igiene orale senza irritare le gengive sensibili.
