Hello, my family absolutely LOVES this stair slide. The landing is VERY rough, so you will need something thick, like a large soft pillow or a large bean bag that you can stick to the floor to land on. My sister does not have carpet at the bottom of her stairs, so I'm not sure if that was the problem, but make sure you get something to land on, because you will hurt your tailbone or back. The pillows kept moving from sliding so fast, but my 64-year-old sister, her 41-year-old daughter, her 34-year-old daughter, and her 8-year-old granddaughter had fun sliding. I still give it 5 stars, because they had a great time sliding. Oh, if anyone need to know the heavy's person that was on the slide is 170 pounds. Thank you

So my kids love this slide but there are a few things you need to know about safety! It is extremely fast. Whatever kind of mat you put at the bottom has to be non-skid because otherwise what happens is the kids feet will push the mat out from under them when they hit the bottom of the slide and then they will land right on their bottoms on the floor. We had a little bit of tears! I recommend only trying one segment at a time and building the slide little by little as opposed to just going all in because you really could hurt yourself! It was easy to put together. The plastic is very sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. So good quality. Not a great value in terms of money, but worth it for me to see my kids having so much fun. You're only a kid once! Five stars for me because I can already see that this is going to be a great way to burn some excess energy on a rainy day!

Great awesome for a week or so then grips started coming off then the pieces start to collapse into each other while child is on slide then they cracked in sides the grips on all 4 pieces are off now and they can’t use at all company has not returned emails Amazon won’t help bc it took so long to get answer form stair slides about new grips it’s out of refund time I still haven’t had any reply from seller I even went to the Facebook page and made comments to almost every comment about the grips using @stairslide to get their attention and still no response even saying I would call credit card bank and A Charge back and still no reply All I got was a reply saying they handle things in order received from a form on their website unless they change adhesive to hold grips on I would hesitate unless you return in time before time is up we had to put duct tape on the cracked area from them Collapsing while 4 yr old 35 lb child went down slide as it collapsed together bc the grips came off pinched his fingers we even purchased the crash pad the landing is fine but it’s the adhesive holding the grips on that is the issue it’s an awesome product otherwise easy set up light study hours of fun. BUT dangerous bc of adhesive on grips comes off

Exactly as described! Well worth the price. Toddlers use with supervision and a soft landing on our stairway in our house. Easy to put on stairs, bed and couch! My kids slide everywhere in the house! You can make it as big as they like. When put all together and steep it does go really fast so be cautious. It is very strong and durable! Follow weight restrictions. It’s easy to collapse and put away onto itself in a corner or out of sight. Takes 5 seconds to put back up. No damage has been done to furniture or stairs. It has tired the kids out and also made them laugh so hard! All 3 will take turns over and over again. We love it.

The grandkids love this slide! It would be nice if one could purchase an additional piece for the bottom that smooths out the landing. But a good cushion helps soften the landing a bit. Good quality, easy to assemble,

We like it. Our kids have tons of fun on it so far. It goes very fast on our stairs and we need extra cushion at the bottom for sure, but they are having good active fun which we like a lot. The seller was also very kind and responsive and willing to work with us to help us with concerns and questions. We accidentally ordered the wrong item and they helped resolve our issue and were very kind about it.

My grandson loved it! Set it up for Christmas and now he expects it every year. He is four years old so a few more holidays left for him to enjoy!

One stair panel was cracked when received, which was a bummer. Pretty awesome concept but a bit dangerous if stairs are steep. Make sure you have a good landing spot. Will be returning, but very cool concept.
