Why so expensive? They cost $1.29-$1.50 each in stores for the same size. This is triple the cost.

I think since the treats are smaller there are more in the bag. The bigger the treat the fewer the number. Also, they are harder so the cats don't wolf them down so quickly. They do really like them though.

How big are the treats? I have a cat who will not eat Greenies because she doesn’t like the size.

The treats a very small. I would say smaller than the finger nail on your pinkie. I have two very senior cats and they eat them with no problem. It’s the only brand they’ll eat.
