Alani Nu Pre Workout in Cherry Twist is seriously a vibe! I've tried a few different brands since my go to pre-workout was discontinued. This is one of my favorites so far, would definitely buy again and try other flavors. I listened to other reviews and started with just half a scoop, even though I've been taking pre workouts for awhile. It did the trick, you don't need a lot of this. You get what you pay for and this a great size for the cost. No unpleasant side effects, no nausea, headaches or crashing afterwards. Slight tingling in the fingers and hands but that's a normal reaction for me. Even if I do an evening workout, I find this doesn't affect my sleep at all. I'm fairly picky about ingredients and this is a good option if you're also concerned about ingredients. Was not a fan of it containing sucralose and acesulfame potassium but after some digging it turns out its a pretty insignificant amount and there's been no reported side effects. I like the Hawaiian Shaved Ice, not overly sweet and no weird aftertaste. Will definitely try the other flavors.
