Shop-Air by Shop-Vac 200 Max. CFM Air Mover, Yellow

I have had many jobs in my life and have used the larger versions of this fan for carpet, paint, and other purposes many, many times. I expected this to turn out to be somewhat of a novelty, like an executive desk fan for industrial management or something. This is a solid unit, just a scaled down version of the bigger fans, same sound, same construction, same effect. I had to double-check the specs on the fan itself, because this beauty does not seem like 50 watts. I have LED lights that use more power. On high, this fan has a good twenty foot throw of breeze, maybe fifteen foot for drying purposes. I will always want things cheaper, but at least this seems to be solidly built with relatively rugged construction. I might toss it into a truck or trunk without thinking or worrying. I mean, it's definitely small, it is what it is, but it's great for home use.

It's very silent. It's just the right size for small jobs. It's easy to handle. Has two positions - horizontal, along the floor and at an angle for a wall.However it does not blow hot air.My mistake. I didn't check that detail before I ordered it.

That fan is great for my pet grooming salon as quiet air circulation. Feels well made and easy to clean.

The amount of air that this moves is very small. This is more of a personal fan than one to move a lot of air over a wide area. Kept the fan because Amazon returns are a hassle.

I have three Shop Air Fans now, two 200's and a 500 cfm. They are very well built and durable fans. I am using the 200's to circulate air on the bottom of my two garage doors in the winter. We have a heated garage and the condensation on our doors will freeze the bottom rubber seals if we don't keep the air moving. Our vehicles come in with lots of snow and ice and these fans in conjunction with a dehumidifier have solved the problem of high humidity and condensation issues. They run 24/7 in the winter and I have had no problems with them. Excellent product and very reasonably priced.

I bought this to quickly cool down my basement when it gets warm when guests are over. A cheap solution to AC. It circulates air fast. Really fast. You can feel a huge difference within 1 minute. This doesn't come free though, as it is loud and can be pretty disruptive to a party. Luckily it moves air in such volumes that it doesn't need to be on long before we can turn it off.I have no doubt this would be effective at cooling, circulating air or drying floors or paint.Perfect unit, small, works in 120v, light weight.

Smaller than I expected but ran it for a full week on high speed and dryed my carpet just right. Great vaalue!
