This stuff is fantastic! Ive tried 3 flavors and I have no complaints. I make a gallon of water every morning and I use another hydration and a heaping scoop of redmond in my gal jug and i drink it all day. This stuff is a game changer on a Hot day when you are sweating alot. It replenished what you lost and its filled with food ingredients no hidden sugar or other stuff . The flavors are great I've tried the pina colada, mixed berry,and the strawberry lemonade. I havent found a flavor I dont like in my gallon 2-3 scoops is a little on the salty side... but thats a good thing ! I usually get the large size and at just around 45.00 and I get a little over a month out of 1 tub I don't see that being to bad at all 1 -2 scoops a day is reasonable for the price. I dont necessary know if I feel an energy bump when I use this.. but I have a sustained energy all day and I feel great. The tub unscrews easily and the seal paper comes off nice I hate when your trying to open something and the paper seal come off in layers, this does not do that and thats a plus. They offer two sizes in most flavors and you can also find a variety pack of single serve tubes.. so if you wanna taste redmonds rainbow thats the way to do it. I get the big ones for home use and order the small ones for travel. If you are questioning getting this just do it, hell go get the sample pack try all the flavors... apparently the chocolate is pretty good warm b4 bed someone told me that.. I haven't tried yet cus well its summer and its hot out, no hot stuff for me!

High quality electrolytes at a great price point! I have POTS and this stuff is a holy grail for my quality of life! The sodium content is like 300mg more than liquid iv per serving! Tastes great no sugar or no artificial flavors! Definitely a winner in my book! The size is perfect as well to take anywhere with me! Will def be getting the bigger size next it’s legit so good!

This hydration is fantastic. If you’re looking for a salt-based hydration mix, look no further than Re-Lyte! My energy and overall bodily function doesn’t feel the same without adding this into my water daily. I typically add 1 scoop to my 40oz bottle of water. I know this is more diluted than recommended, but for me it works! Please see video for texture. Make sure you give a really good mix upon stirring in. Love this flavor and I also love the piña colada!

A daily must have in our house. The lemon lime is great and I actually end it. Definitely leaves me feeling replenished. Price is high but I appreciate the taste and ingredients.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for something similar to LMNT with less packaging waste, and this for the most part does the trick- the taste is good, and it's not quite as salty as LMNT is which is a plus for me. It doesn't always mix super well though, it can be a little chunky sometimes

I bought this initially on a recommendation from a doctor on Instagram of all places. I never thought myself to be or feel dehydrated because I’d always drink enough water throughout the day. But wow the difference you feel adding this into your day. I could probably go without it, but I don’t want to, it makes me feel that good. My head feels clearer, I feel I have more energy, and overall my body feels lighter and healthier. I also love sipping on it before a heavy workout as I find it helps with stamina. The taste was surprisingly sweet but I just add a little more water than recommended and it’s all good! I tried the LMNT brand as well, but keep coming back to this one. If you’re having trouble mixing, just be patient. Add to your water, then leave it for a minute or so. Come back and mix it or shake it up.
