Q: How to change the white noise? I can not find information in the manual to change it from birds chirping. Just want white noise, how can you switch it

Red, blue, green and white and you can combine them in any way you want. That isn't including the white and warm light glow that can be turned on that makes the whole iceberg shape part of the projector light up

Q: Is it possible to turn off the sound when projecting the lights? This way I can fall asleep in a quiet environment.

Yes all the functions turn on separately so you can have the lights on with or without music.
