Wooden Digital Clock

This Clock is fantastic! Wood is pretty. When you turn the light off completely you would never know it was a clock at all. Easy to set, great to have all the features. Daylight savings just hit and I didn't have to change it because I enabled that option. Having the day, date and temp it terrific. Love that it is so dim able that the light can go from completely dark to really bright and any where in between. Like I said when the light is at zero it looks like just a pretty piece of wood. Would definitely buy again.

Pros: ~Very stylish looking. ~Easy to read in any brightness level, day or night. ~It is smaller than I thought, a little bigger than a beer can on its side, at first I was disappointed how small it is, but now I'm used to it and appreciate its sleekness. (As you can see from my pic, I put a couple common objects in there for size reference). ~Convenient thumb-wheel to adjust the time, brightness, and the alarm volume. No more overshooting the time and having to go all the way back through like the old ones! In my pic, the brightness is almost all the way down. Gentle enough for dark nights. ~Convenient Day/Date/Temp on display under the time- nice if you're the type of person who wakes up in a fog and doesn't know what day it is right away. No need to rush to the shower if it's Saturday and you forgot, your clock tells you! ~2 Independent alarms: for instance, one for the work week & one for the weekend. ~2 Alarm icons show up on screen if either alarm, respectively, is set to On. ~Alarm has 2 "On" options: Monday-Friday on, or always on (and off of course). ~Press one button (any button) to snooze for 9 mins, alarm icon blinks to let you know it's in Snooze mode so you're safe. ~Press any button once to 'snooze' the alarm, or 2x to cancel current alarm. ~Backup battery in the event of power failure (or the cord coming out of the back, see below, under "Cons")- note that this is only to keep the settings in the event of power failure, it is NOT to operate it w/o wall power. ~Volume set has its own button you must press to adjust the alarm volume, so you cannot inadvertently turn the alarm volume down, you must press a button to intentionally adjust it, and it beeps as you adjust it for instant volume level feedback, the you press VOL again to lock it. I like that safety feature. ~Time set has its own button to push just like the volume, so you cannot inadvertently adjust the time with the slider wheel. ~Celsius or Fahrenheit with the push of a button ~12hr or 24hr time with the push of a button ~No radio. This is either a Pro or a Con I suppose. I never used the radio on my old clock so to me It's a Pro since I'm not paying an extra $15 for radio stuff inside. Cons: ~THE WORST CON= Can only snooze the alarm ONCE, you press a button again when the alarm comes on, it's CANCELLED. I do not like that, sometimes I want a few snooze cycles. ~I wish the Day/Date/Temp display was in a smaller font. After a while it kinda makes the display a bit busy. Not a deal breaker but it could be less cluttered, or have an option to turn it off. ~The power cord is removable...this could be a Pro to some I suppose, but to me it's a Con. It's easy to pull out of the back. If it does not run on batteries (which it does NOT), then the cord shouldn't be removable, my opinion. ~The power cord is visible sticking out of the back unless you're lying bed (see my pic, it's from a sitting-on-the-bed angle). From any upward angle looking straight on you can see it plain as day. I noticed the pics in all the listings conveniently do not show it, but in real life there it is. Easy to ignore? Sure. But still unsightly. The cord could plug in lower on the unit to help hide itself, but it plugs in about 1" up, and since it's wedge-shaped it naturally angles up into the realm of visibility. ~No radio. This is either a Pro or a Con I suppose. So far I'm digging this little guy. Very sleek, inconspicuous and stylish.

It took me a little bit to get used to how you adjust the time or alarm on this clock. You push the appropriate button one time and then turn a dial on the back to add or subtract time. For example, press one time and you adjust hours, press again for minutes. Now, after a time or two, it seems like a very natural way to set the time. The clock is nice enough looking. It has a small footprint and is not very heavy, if that matters to anyone. The light is adjustable, so it is easy to read. In my opinion, the adjustable alarm can get very loud (I turned it down) and really does the job. No problems so far to report.

Just adorable. To dim for a bedroom you have to go to totally off because its lowest isn't faint enough. Ignore badly written directions. Just hit TIME and watch the display to SET date time accordingly. Needs a longer power cord. Battery compartment is secured with an annoying screw. Hate that. Otherwise this is an A- buy.

Very cool clock! It looks great and keeps time very well! A little hit or miss on the temperature reading, but that’s not a key selling feature to me! The dimming feature is very nice! Great value for a great item!

I t's perfect. It looks exactly like pictured. The dimming feature is great, it maintains time even if it loses power, easy set up. My husband said it is exactly what he needs!

This clock is better than I expected. I like that it blends in with the table it's sitting on. And I don't have to ask Alexa what time it is or what day it is. :) It's easy to set up if you just want the basics. There's a bunch of other buttons, but it does what I want, so I don't care about all the other features. I like everything about it except the color of the numbers. The orange color somewhat cheapens it. I have the dimmer switch set to a level as low as possible while still being able to read it. But that doesn't bother me enough to return it and look for another clock.
