This glowing illuminated primer has a faint fragrance. The Clear primer has no fragrance. I highly recommend both

The bottle says made in Canada. I really love this Palladio Primer! I highly recommend it.

Is there sunscreen titanium oxide?

There is no sunscreen at all, this is a primer

Age 60 medium skin tone...which is important because "glow" on a fair face is easier than darker. does this add glow???

I little bit yes, I use it on my face and down the front on my neck. I use it before I but my face makeup on, and I LOVE IT I never put makeup on with this primer.
