Well-Packaged and an Outstanding Modular
I had some doubts about the package arriving safely, but it showed up in great condition — just a small crack at the back of the box. The parts inside are untouched and everything looks perfect. The box is massive! Really happy with the purchase — can’t wait to start building!

Best Lego purchase
Lovely!!!!!Designed exactly like a real life building. Do buy or you are missing something amazing!! Even the price is made less with more piece count. Amazing building techniques and was never bored building the set!!! In summary everything is good, the set, the price, the everything!!

Don't buy this
The box was very damaged and in a bad condition. We ordered twice first one of the packet was missing . The second time one packet was torn and the instructions were missing.

Very poor package with completely open seal..
High premium product of 25k received in 3rd class package with open box without any seal

Product is great, Amazon not so much
The boutique hotel is one of the most beautiful modular buildings, no doubt. But Amazon (this was Amazon fulfilled) shipped it without the box. Now I am fine with open box but only if it's explicitly specified. This is not a cheap product and it was a bad experience. Customer service was useless, took 10 mins to understand the issue then said they can't do anything except forward it to the concerned "team"

Damaged product
The packaging was so bad, it was damaged. One of the bags was missing. One was torn. We had to return the product. Luckily , we checked in front of delivery man which we generally don’t do. Sad.

Best addition in the Lego Modular Building Series.
LEGO Boutique Hotel 10297 is the most needed addition in the modular series. It has given more choice for the street corner placement. It breaks the straight lines with angled façade, also the open stair and ground floor layout make sit more live at the street level.

This modular building has a very detailed design and European-style architecture. It has multiple sections like hotel reception, guest rooms, and an art gallery, each packed with character and amazing details. Even though this is an adult set, I enjoyed it playing with my 10 years old daughter. Minifigures and detailed stuff adds a lot of fun.
