All around excellent! First time buying them and i was totally pleasantly surprised by the incredible comfort received and the super high quality durability of these. Just wow is all I have to say! They work flawlessly with every single one of my sneakers and shoes. Perfectly designed insoles to increase height! Worth every dime. When it comes to the cushion, gel support, elevation and among all other variables these flat out cant be beat. Zero issues with the adhesion. Extremely simple and easy adjustability. Easily was able to customize the exact specifications that i needed from them.Couldnt be anymore satisfied with my pair!

The product enhances height tremendously. My friend also purchased the same kind, however, the effects for her were different. Since these insoles are gel, they are much comfier than the usual plastic insoles. I only weigh from 110-120. My friend is in the 130-140s so her insoles after a weak were flat since it’s gel. - My advice would be if you scale from 120s and under, get these. If higher, purchase the plastic insoles.

I love these! I purchased them to help add some height when I wear flat boots or sneakers. They are surprisingly very comfortable. They are the right width and fit nicely in my boots. I wish I could get another set that are the same brand a little taller.

After hip replacement I needed to put lifts in all my right shoes and boots. I tried quite a few, and they all performed what they were made for, to lift my foot. Some were hard, but ok, some were a little more “pliable”, which was good, but these SOLE lifts are silicone (or silicone-like) and come in layers, each with a peel-and-stick on one side, so you just keep peeling and sticking until you get to the height you want. They are soft and comfortable. The only downside is that I thought I was getting 2 lifts and the package only performed for one. I will buy again, though, for the convenient installation and comfort.

After the complete hip joint replacement I had this spring, my left leg ended up longer than the right. Nothing really serious, but it was uncomfortable and I was afraid of developing back pain if I didn't do something to correct it. I tried these SOL3 Quick Lifts and have been very happy with the comfort and instant relief. They stay in place very well, being a bit sticky on the bottom side. If they start to lose grip due to accumulation of lint or dirt, rinse with a little soap and water, let dry, and it's as good as new. I've ordered several sets to make sure I have one for every left shoe or boot.

I’ve worn others much more comfortable. These felt great and well built at first but after walking in them for a couple hours my knees and feet hurt. They are too narrow and don’t offer enough support.

These are easily without any question the most comfortable shoe lift insoles I’ve ever tried on before period. Hands down the best I’ve worn! From the overall fit to the cushion to the comfort they are absolutely unmatched in every respect. One thousand percent worth the price, you get every bang for your buck. The quality is fantastic and incredibly durable that will actually last when you are regularly wearing. Personally I got the 1 inch version and let me tell you I simply couldn’t be happier with them. Def want the 1/2 now. It’s safe to say I highly recommend purchasing a pair over anything else comparable on the market. I’ve tried many inserts and believe me these are flat out the best available.
