Large writing surface - 7yo loves it!
This was a gift for my 7yo son. He likes it, but I was concerned that he would lose the stylus because it didn’t appear to come with a spot to house the pen. My 9yo found a small slit in the side where the pen slides in place! Victory!

Love it !
These LED tablets are great! It keeps my 3 and 5 year old occupied for a long time. The tablets work really well and the kids enjoy drawing on them. The writing comes up in a nice light neon green/yellow/blue color. There is a lock switch on the back that keeps the picture from being erased while they are drawing. You can also switch it to the “unlocked” drawing position which will erase the picture each time you hit the button on the bottom. This button is neat bc it completely erases the whole picture in one press and gives you a nice clean black screen to draw on again. The stylus comes attached to the tablet for easy travel. So far this tablet has held up well to my kids and keeps them entertained. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great for a 3 & 5 year old
My granddaughters cannot have markers, crayons, paint - nothing like that because this granny is not having it on my furniture and walls. This is nice because they can only write and draw on the pad and then they can hit the erase button and start over. I think this is a good comprise for kids to be able to draw at grandmas house.

Fun and potentially useful but needs better screen contrast or a backlight
This is a nice LCD drawing pad with an electric erase feature which works quickly and effectively. However it needs to be used in bright light, as some parts of the screen are dark and in low light, it's difficult to see detail. My photos don't really show how bad the screen is in low light, but I hope they do show how clear it is in bright light. Certainly the screen is nothing like as bright as the product information suggests.First impressions are of a very lightweight and unexpectedly large screen. It's a combination that feels fragile, and if treated carelessly, I suspect this writing tablet could be broken quite easily. The two button batteries are a little fiddly to access, but as they come installed, it's not an issue. The screen is activated by pressure, so anything can write on the screen, but the supplied stylus works just fine. The reset button is responsive and quicker than the 1 second time quoted in the instructions, and all in all, it's a useful and fun little gadget. Two things drag my review score down. Firstly, the contrast is pretty poor. The idea of a multicolour background sounds like a good idea, but all it does is mean the yellow part of the screen is very legible and the rest requires good light to see it properly. Secondly, I can't get past the fact I bought an Amazon fire tablet for not much more than this (£30 in a sale) and as this screen desperately needs some sort of backlight, it's a bit galling to know that for almost the price of a proper Android computer tablet, all you get is a glorified etch-a-sketch.It feels like it should cost about £14.99, and at that price, it would definitely be worth buying. As it is, it's one of those products that will be very attractive to some people, but others will wonder why anyone would pay £25.99 for this.

Excellent for handwriting practise or doodling in the car. Also good for shopping lists.
This is a doodling pad, much like a chalkboard but without messy chalk or crayons.Although it looks like an iPad or tablet, it's not. There is no internet, no connectivity, no adverts and no software. It's a drawing pad, and it's a good choice if you don't want your kids to become dependent on technology for entertainment. It's a touch-sensitive LCD screen with a coloured background. Wherever you write or draw on it, the LCD goes clear and shows the colours behind. The overall effect is as if you are drawing on a blackboard. Simple, and effective.I've got a couple of these as I use them for shopping lists and memo pads in my workshop. This one is plain where the others have duck or dinosaur themes. While I find it amusing to walk around the supermarket with a shopping list shaped like a duck, this plain one is more discreet. The screen is 10" across the diagonals, and the whole pad about an inch bigger. It's no heavier than a spiral notepad and is just over 6mm or 1/4" thick. There's a single 'erase' button on the front to clear the screen ready for the next masterpiece, and a sliding switch on the back which disables that button so you can preserve the picture. Also on the back are some magnets, which is really useful as it will stick to a magnetic whiteboard, or to the filing cabinet next to my desk. You can write with the stylus provided, or any other object. The screen has a non-reflective matte finish, and so far seems to be impressively durable. My wife played with it for over an hour and didn't scratch it, which is fifty-five minutes longer than it took her to break her last iPhone!Where I can see it being REALLY useful is in the car with kids. They can draw to their heart's content without any risk of getting crayon or pen on the car interior.I think it's brilliant, and this one is both larger and cheaper than the kid-themed ones.

Great for car journeys
The media could not be loaded. This TUGAU LCD writing tablet is great, the child draws/writes as normal, the lines are colour and bright so engaging for the child. Then when they are finished with their masterpiece, they press the button, and the board is wiped clean instantly. You can also lock so the masterpiece cannot be accidently erased. No more wastepaper and no mess as no pens or crayons are required so this is great for car journeys.my 3-year daughter loves these, and I like that the pen/stylus is tied to the tablet so no more hunting for the stylus. In short, easy to use, no mess and my daughter loves hers.
