Spring is being held together by two weldings smaller than the tip of a key! Broke off within two days of light usage. I felt the workout though. Many angles can be worked out. Disappointing. Requested a replacement hopefully this one is better built.UPDATEThe second one came in better and still going strong! The company also handled this issue very well and offered a refund for my inconvenience. I was not expecting this! Thanks for your good customer service! Updated the stars to 5!

This piece of equipment can certainly be used on its own .. some of techniques to hit different body parts can be awkward. However, if used as a super set combined with other exercise it’s just great.. I personally use it to hit my upper body especially the inside and upper side of your chest.. super set this with push-ups and it’s very effective.. it also hits your medial and anterior delts. You get a real good pump

Doing the chest exercises does hurt your forearms.But after multiple uses, you get used to the pain. You just need to work through it. And you will see results

Super disappointed to have wasted $60 on this device that I have no hope of ever being able to use. It is so extreme with such a high resistance (150 lbs is what the package states, which feels impossible for using with one arm at a time) that even two of my guy friends who lift weights regularly were not even able to make it budge. Durability is off the charts because this thing is a beast but it’s completely useless because of its rock solid composition. I received the package while out of town and ended up missing the return window altogether which is very disappointing. The design of it is promising but the springs are way too firm. Please make an adjustable version or one with less resistance altogether! I would not recommend this to anyone.

Overall it's okay nothing special. Limited in what you can do with it. I still use it.

I got this item and it broke literally the first time I used it. It was a bad weld where the coil met the handles. I notified the company and they shipped another one before they even received the defective one back.The replacement item is great and shows no sign of problems after two weeks.

Quit the work out, love it! Many options to get best of the device. No pain no gain. Stress as much as wish.
