Sportway S30 Dash Cam Suction Mount: $10.99 at the time of review I finally watched enough crazy footage online to scare myself into ordering a dash cam for my car. But the mount it came with was pretty much garbage. So I looked to this sportway mount to get the camera up and out of my way. *What I liked*: It does work very well. Thanks to the clamp style suction mount it’s easy out on and take off. Thanks to the 360° swivel it makes it really easy to get a perfect viewing angle. The price is good, especially when compared to other mounts. *What I didn't like*: At least once per summer, the suction fails due to the heat. This is annoying, but it happens with another suction mount I have in my car so I suspect it’s just a byproduct of this type of mount. *The Bottom Line:* I’m glad I bought this mount. Thanks to how well it can articulate, I was able to mount the camera in the least obtrusive place on my windshield (to the right of my rearview mirror). Five stars out of five for a good mount at a good price. I would order this over again.

Bought this and the S504 the same day... this one showed up after my trip and is still in my car a week later. Great mount, great price, and a great replacement for my failing silicone mount. Love the flip lock & ball head adjustment! Very easy to get pointed exactly where I want and how far from the glass I want to mount it. Going to buy another to toss in my camera bag due to how solid it mounts and the extra adapters for mounting other stuff! Happy to get away from the gooey silicone mount too ;-)

This had an adapter for the Vantrue N2 Pro. Solid. Perfect fit. No locking feature, but the amount of friction to slide the camera into the adapter is more than sufficient enough to hold it in place for your (spirited) drive. 5 stars for fit and suction. Only thing I dislike is the amount of waste this kit has with tossing all the unused adapters..

We needed a new suction cup for our dash camera and ordered this one because it has multiple pieces to it. It has a lot of choices for many different devices. They all seem to be good quality and strong enough to support all devices. The suction cup holds onto the windshield tightly.

Received a week or so ago. I have tried warming this up, cleaning the windshield. Nothing seems to work. This does not work on a cold windshield. I use defrost. I warm up the inside of the windshield I get this stuck on on my phone falls. I think it’s the type of rubber.

This product is being used to replace a broken mount on my dash camera. The mount turned out to be easier to install on my dash camera than the original mount. It appears to also be more sturdy than the mount it replaces. Very pleased with the window/dash mount.

The suction cup just falls off in about a min or two, pretty frustrating. After falling off for a couple days, I consulted the internet lol and it said to put the suction cup in boiling water for a couple minutes and then apply it, that worked for keeping the suction cup in for about 10 minutes before falling off. As a last resort, I stuck a 1 inch piece of gorilla mounting tape to the suction cup, that lasted 2 days and the suction cup fell off the mounting tape. Yes, I cleaned the window and the suction cup, I even wiped down with isopropyl alcohol before applying. This product is worthless, very disappointing and do not recommend the headache.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. This thing stuck to my windshield like glue. It also had the right adapter to fit my camera perfectly (RexingV1). There is zero shaking or movement by the camera, even on very rough roads. The only thing I don't like is that a suction mount leaves the camera sticking out farther than the factory adhesive mount but I knew that before I ordered it.

Robust replacement bracket .. multiple fittings pretty much cover any dash cam mount for a good price .. excellent purchase
