I, Spy: How to Be Your Own Private Investigator

I read the book carefully. You would be surprised at how many things people do that are not legal when they seem innocent enough. I was seriously impressed with the book and content. Dan is a professional investigator for many many years. His experience is something that everyone can only benefit from. It is a no frills, right to the point book. You will end up (like me) keeping it close by for reference material when and if needed. Time to get a proper education from one of the best!!

I really enjoyed the book. It is a great reference and foundation to have at your finger tips written by a leader in the field. A professionals professional, an expert investigator's experience and tips are simple yet yield eye opening results worth every penny. Thanks for all of this great information all in one place and I don't have to worry about loosing it if my hard drive goes out!

An excellent DIY for Private Investigation ... Written by one of the worlds foremost authorities in polygraph and detective work, you will get all the ins and outs of how to be your own Private Investigator, as well as, what NOT to do. He helps you do it and do it right ! He shares this information w a bit of humor too! A great read !

This book is well worth the read! I was quite surprised how informative it is. I didn't require all the information listed in this book but was glad to have it in case of future need. If you purchase this book, I don't believe you will be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful! I lead a busy life and don't have a lot of free time to read, but I couldn't tear myself away from this book! Very informative!!!! And you plus he autographed it!!! Dan is a class act! Always striving for what's right; you can't really find a better role model in today's society

Purchased the book, but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. I was "friends" with Mr. Ribacoff on Facebook. Sadly, he turned his page into a family and close friends page, in which I was deleted because I don't know him personally. Seems like a great guy. No hard feelings, and I still support his work.

Daniel Ribacoff is a great investigator and polygraph examiner. The tools, tips and techniques he uses are illustrated in this great book and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in private investigations or who may want to protect yourself from others who may be snooping into your life!

Not really what I was looking for, everything in it seems like common sense. Although, I will admit I am a little bias (and perhaps more critical) because of the fact he was a polygraph examiner, and polygraphs are a pseudo science that does not work most of the time. Bottom line if you were looking for detailed techniques on surveillance there are better books out there on the market.

Excellent reading! So much to learn-well worth the time!!
