Convenient and fresh, but weak value
The mondia whitei is of good quality but the capsules are half filled 000 capsules so i'm not sure that for the price the purchase is a good one. Regarding quality and ease of use , both are great, the mondia has the flavor of the natural and fresh ones, and it's convenient being in a capsule.

Worked pretty well. I bet it has more health benefits than I had originally noticed. Take two a day it was worth this price. If you could take a pill, it’s easy to use.
