Bolt is Metric, Use the 2 hole guide to mark your drill hole locations, so easy a GIRL could do it! :-)
Sturdy metal, just as the picture shows, that is all that you receive in this package. I ordered the plate for a next day delivery and found it quite affordable and very quick to receive. There are no instructions, but the concept of the frame and what your trying to do doesn't necessarily yield one to need instructions. But of course, I did have a deer in the head lights look for just a moment, I cannot confirm if I did it correctly, since I didn't have instructions as to what to do with the smaller two holed metal pc that is about 2.5 inches, is I placed the screws with the thread up through two holes I created using the 2.5 inch plate as a guide from the bottom of one of the wider grill marks of my Honda Fit. And then placed the longer L shaped frame above it, to then screw in the two bolts on top. It was easier for me to fit my arm through the hood/bumper area by taking off a clasped cover under the hood, than it was trying to get under the car. Please keep in mind, if you are using a ratchet to tighten the bolt, it is Metric and not Standard, as my Dad had to school me in. Over all, good purchase, and for a girl, it probably took me 20 minutes to install.

Universal so results may vary
it’s universal so you may need to modify and fiddle to get it to work for your car. Got it to work on a NA Miata with moderate effort.

Swear by these
I’ve bought at least 10 of these and they’re great! They could do a little better with sizing on their hardware but hands down I like them.

Seems very legit
Seems to be a legit plate bracket. Little bit harder to find placement for my vehicle but was able to be accomplished. It's made of very thick metal and has zero flex to it and feels very well made and put together.Hardware was a little on the short side but was able to scrounge up longer hardware to mount and it does a good job of holding to the valance of my car... time will tell if it stays put and I don't think I'll be going through any car washes with this attached now... just my vehicle though. Will write a follow up in a few months to update.

Used it on my 1999 Mazda Miata without drilling
I used this Zone Tech Bumper License Plate Relocator with several large fender washers and a nut and bolt to attach it to the hold-down loop inside the bumper air scoop on my 1999 Mazda Miata without drilling. Very easy and secure. I offset the front license plate to leave the air scoop open. It is very sturdy and works well even when I hit the bottom on an apron dip or in the parking lot curb stop. Glad I found it.

No Instructions ...? Why?
No instructions. Received 2 identical brackets and hardware. No idea how this is supposed to be used to mount a license plate. I would have thought having a right and left bracket would make some sense. Wanted to use it to mount a front plate on a Corvette. Could not. No value.

Poorly thought out product.
First there are no instructions whatsoever that come with this. All you get is what you see on the Amazon listing. That would not be a big problem if the hardware made any sense with what came. There are for identical sets of nuts and bolts, the license plate holder and a small metal plate that presumably is to go on the other side of the bumper skin. First problem is the bolts are too short to go through the license bracket and the metal bar with anything thicker than paper in between. The problem is my bumper skin is much thicker than paper and the bolts are far too short to go all the way through and attach the nuts on the other side so dispensed with the small metal plate. There are no locking washers or locking nuts in the package. I lost one of the bolts holding the license plate on the very first drive. Thankfully the other side held and I didn’t lose my license plate.Too much time wasted on a poorly thought out product.
