I have a small bridge & face; the arms win shortened hold tight enough to keep glasses in place
Nice product , fits well, strong magnet. For some reason I thought the attachment that goes around the back of the head was a rope but it is hard plastic like the glass frames and earpieces but it's comfortable it works well and I don't have to hunt for my glasses in three parts of the house anymore.

I lost a friend today
In March of 2021, I purchased these glasses after I saw a friend wearing them. I was really tired of running to the store during my lunch break to buy another cheap pair of glasses on the spinny rack. One after another, they would fly off my head and break in pieces, or they would get stepped on or just randomly break. When I ordered this product, I never knew I would never have to return to that spinny rack until now. Almost 4 years later, they broke last night. Years of abuse, years of falling to the ground and sitting on them and now I must say goodbye. Right before I went to bed last night, I took them off my neck and they broke in half. I couldn't even be mad about it; it was like an old dog that took himself into the woods to pass away. Still looking brand new, I set them down on my nightstand like I always do and told myself I would deal with the loss in the morning. Here I am, sitting at my computer after dusting my drugstore glasses off writing this review. Unfortunately, these will have to do for now. I spent way too much money on other people over the holidays and bills are pouring in. Maybe one day I will have a new clicky friend. If you are considering purchasing these, I obviously recommend them. These have probably saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. Be prepared for comments and questions about them from people that have never seen them before. Also be prepared for them to pick up random objects with the magnets. It makes a good party trick. Guess I will run to the DG and grab a few cheap ones for now that have awful colors and designs. Thanks for the great product and years of vision. I will be back to buy a new friend..someday.

These are GREAT (except the color)!
I went looking for these because a friend of mine had them. He wore them around his neck most of the time. They sure looked more handy than the old eyeglass chains the ladies used to wear because it wouldn't hang down and get in your way all the time. He was a plumber and I quickly realized that glasses like these would enable to keep your reading glasses nearby AND out of the way as you worked so that you could grab them just for the occasional thing. For a long time, I haven't needed my glasses often enough while working (generally home repairs, projects, etc) to not just lay a pair nearby (I have them all over the house!), but now that isn't working very well. I leave my glasses with my pencil and tape measure and go to cut the thing, or screw it down--and need the glasses there too! But then I need them back off of me for the 'big picture.' I remembered my friend's glasses and came for a pair. I liked the look of the clear ones, but didn't think about how prominent the magnet would be in clear ones! My friend's were solid colored, and looked like regular glasses when they were on. So I dropped a star for that. I wouldn't have dropped it if they had put a full front pic, but they didn't put one that you could see the magnet in, only one at a little distance on the model. It might not bother some people, but I would have preferred to not see the magnet. That's my only complaint. Well, I wouldn't have gotten clear at all if they'd had a solid color I liked better . . . so I guess there's that too. But they are GREAT to use. I can just wear them around my neck and they're out of my way, and when they're needed, snap them onto my face. The strap that keeps them around my neck then functions as a band to help keep them on my face when I bend over while using them. My old ones that fit well didn't fall either usually, but when they did, they fell into my work--or under it, or whatever. These are too pricey for two pair on my budget, I wish I could just grab a second pair. And I'd like a pair of orange ones like my friend had . . . or neon green . . .

The best reader glasses I've found...
I'll admit to being skeptical of the longevity of the plastic "strap" which goes behind your head, but after several years of use and abuse the Clic brand has held up to daily wear and tear including being stepped on, sat upon, dropped and even popping out a lens. The bendy nature of the plastic coupled with the ability to separate at the bridge make them extremely resilient to crush forces. Five years of daily use and the plastic feels as flexible and durable as the day I purchased them, though the "smoke" color has taken on a barely noticeable bit of yellow/brown from the oils in my skin and hair. I wouldn't want these for all day use with prescription lenses due to the weight of the magnet on the bridge of my nose, as they do occasionally feel heavy when reading for a while, but for the on again/off again nature of farsightedness the ease of use is incredible and you'll never misplace your glasses again. P.S. Although my head (6ft tall male) is somewhat large I had to return the XL version as they were too long from front to back and would not stay on my nose.

Decided to give these a try.....They're keepers!!
Update: Jan, 2023 First purchased these glasses in 2017. Used daily on & off, on & off... In 2021 or early 2022, as another review mentioned and showed in a picture, the plastic where the sides slide to adjust broke. I wore & used them for several more months by taping it in place. Eventually, however, the lense section began slipping out when just hanging around my neck and I'd lose it---finding it again somewhere in the house and starting over with fresh tape. I think what little plastic hadn't broken off and helped at first to hold the two pieces together when taped, was now gone. Tape alone wasn't tight enough for the weight of the lense section. I've updated this review because this is the first pair of readers I've ever used for more than a yr or so-- many only lasting 4-6 mos. These, I got almost 5 yrs heavy use out of. Well worth the higher price! I bought another pair in 2022 but at a higher magnification which bothered my eyes. So here I am finally buying exactly the same ones I bought the first time. Oh... and that 2nd pair -- the back up ones, I mentioned in my original review...I put them someplace to keep them safe. For the life of me I have no idea where. I've looked all over for the better part of a yr but haven't found them yet. If there's any con to these glasses it's also what makes them so great. They have the structured, behind the neck form which allows them to hang around your neck--but also doesn't make them easy to store an extra pair. It's not like just putting them in a protective case and throwing them in the console of your the car, or in a kitchen drawer-- they need more room and there's no protective case to shield the lenses. Where ever you put them, be sure they won't be getting all scratched up. I did such a good job on that front I don't know where I put them! ATTEN. CLIC : HAVE I GOT A MARKETING IDEA FOR YOU. OFFER A BUNDLE OF 2 PR AND A FLANNEL BAG, OR SOMETHING SIMILAR, TO STORE THE EXTRA PAIR IN. I'd be first in line to buy it. ORIGINAL REVIEW SUBMITTED JAN, 2017. Clic Adjustable Front Connect Readers- I'm wearing these now as I write this review. They're comfortable and fit fine with no adjustment needed. The magnet is strong so I don't anticipate any problem with it pulling apart on it's own. The style and cut is such that's it's easy to look up over them to glance at tv, talk to others, walk around my home, etc. I wasn't sure I'd like these. Up to this point, my favorite pair out of probably 100's tried over the years, were a very thin, very light weight & fragile metal wire frame. However, that said, although these aren't as light weight as those were, they are lighter than many others I've had. They're very comfortable to wear and because so easy to look over when not needed, I tend to forget they're on--until I need to see something I'd need reader glasses for and they're right there! A big plus! I bought the tortoise and they're classic, as well as attractive. When I finish this review, I'm going to order another pair. Normally I'd have a pair for the car, a pair for my purse, a pair in the bathroom, a pair in the kitchen... all who need readers now what I mean. I suspect these will probably always be on so I won't need a spare pair everywhere--just one back-up pair. That said, it's a good thing because they don't fold and so wouldn't fit in my purse anyway. They don't appear to be extra fragile either so I expect them to last a long time. Thank you Amazon for carrying these. I've never seen them before and am, obviously, glad I found them.

Cool, but not for me
These magnetic reading glasses seem like a good idea, and they're popping up everywhere. I thought it would be good to have my readers handy at all times, because you often need them at the most unexpected times. The frames are sturdy and well-made, and the magnetic closure is (almost) foolproof. I did find that the closure occasionally attached the two halves crooked, making me have to detach and re-attach them. But my main disappointment was that the two halves don't lay flat on your chest when detached. It's probably my fault for not looking closely enough, but I thought the lens halves folded or rotated so they would lay flat. Instead they poke out, looking like, well, broken glasses. And when you bend over, they swing out. Last but not least, I found I didn't like they way the plasticky neck strap felt on my neck. These are the kinds of things you can't really know until you try them, and after trying them for a few days I found they were enough to cause me to return them. You may love them and find them comfy and useful, but that wasn't my experience. As such, I can't give them more than 4 stars. I thought about giving them 3, but since I had my own reasons for not liking them, I bumped it up to 4.
