I take a lot of supplements. I rarely notice any difference. This is a supplement where I notice a huge difference. Mood , energy, exercise tolerance and recovery are vastly improved. I have a mitochdrial disease and this supplement works wonders. The other supplements from Dr. Stewart seem to be working well too, but this one is VERY obvious. I took one pill the first two weeks, as instructed. I didn’t feel much and figured it was just another crap supplement. Per the directions I mobbed onto tw a day, in the morning... after two days.. I was like the fog lifted. I could actually function.. which doesn’t happen with mito disease. I love this product

The product was recommended by a professional herbalist. It's expensive, but well worth it. In my opinion, it has improved my health substantially along with proper diet and exercise. My MD was amazed with blood work after. However consult your MD before adding any supplements. I am not a professional, just sharing my personal health experience.

These don't make you jittery but give you energy and mental clarity. I am ordering my second bottle.

I have been a huge fan of Neurobiologix supplements and Dr. Kendal Stewart for years now and I can't live without Mitocell PPQ. When I take this supplement I just feel better. I feel like I have a lot more energy, can think better and my body seems to be able to handle emotional and physical stress better when supplementing with this. I see a huge improvement when I am on it and a noticeable difference when I am not taking it, especially when it comes to physical activities. This is a supplement I don't ever want to run out of.
