Quality: Many years ago I had significant knee pain. I can certainly understand why I did, but it was getting worse. I first saw these at Walmart and picked them up to try. I stuck with them and to be honest, I think in the first couple of months I didn't think they really did anything, but I had bought a two pack, so 220 days covered, it was when I was coming to the end of the second bottle that I realized, somewhere along the line the pain had resolved, I think it was gradual, but it actually did work and worked well. I continue to take them to this day, and all I have gotten is older, and heavier, but guess what, literally my knee pain hasn't returned. The pain I had felt like the bones rubbing on each other, it was terrible, and I haven't had that again for 5 years. My advice, give them the time, just take them, give them time, they get there and are effective.

These really work.. I played basketball last summer and my knees took a toll from this adventure.. I could barely walk because I was in pain. I started taking these in higher doses started from 2 a day now im up to 4 and Im really seeing the improvement. Can walk faster, no pain, can go up and down the stairs with no issue. Im only on my 3rd week. Would recommend 💯
