Elemental Phonics: Level 1: Easy Phonics Lessons to Learn to Read

Excellent for education, it's not like any other books with so much colours and distraction, kids can see one thing and focus on that. This is what I love about.

Don’t normally leave reviews. Felt like I needed to for this wonderful book! I am home educator to 3 and my youngest is 5. I never took my eldest through very early stages of reading as they were in school previously. I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of books available for learning to read… most of them don’t actually help to TEACH a child to read, only to do activities to support early reading. I came across Jadas books and method on YouTube and found the supporting book. It is very simple. But for teaching to read I believe this method is THE BEST. My daughter has loved it and has now learned all her letters and is now reading words which she is so excited about! If you have a child who needs to start from the actual beginning, don’t use any other method because this really works! I made some little letter cards to help with the letter comprehension before we started the book as recommended by Jada in her videos… Trick is don’t start the book until the child can recite all the letters confidently out of alphabetical order.

My year 1 son (he just turned to 6) was facing problem to read 3+ letter words. 1level worked for him bcs he already knew the letter sounds very good. Then i ordered level 2 and 3. Right now we are practicing level 2 lesson 40 and he is doing amazing. I have 4 years old girl and i thought her letter sounds for just yesterday she finished all letters (same time i am teaching to her writing upper &lower case letters). Today we started level 1 with her it was easy and fun for her to follow. She points the dots which under each letter then long error she points with her tiny finger to read that letters together as a word. Every time she finishes the word she looks at me and i said super it is right. She can't believe that she can read that. She is keep telling to everybody that she can read now. Next September she will go to reception but i am sure she will know reading before. Thanks for all

I was recommended this book by friends after I found my son was falling behind with his phonics at school and no progress was made using the same program the school was using at home. I immediately saw an improvement, we use stickers and high fives for positive reinforcement which he loves. I ordered this book 3rd of Jan and he has gone from not being able to blend CVC words to reading the 4 word sentences with confidence. The print quality of the book is also good and the pages aren’t too busy. I have already placed the next book in my basket ready for when he has completed this one!

I got the audio from their website to go along with this which is really useful when we are teaching our 3 year old how to read. It's a really helpful tool to aid our child's learning.

I bought this book hoping that it comes with the cut-out lowercase alphabets as shown in one of the very misleading reviews and received only a 56-page book, not worth the money spent. I taught my son to read by 3years by just scribbling the letters and combined words on a paper without breaking the bank. When I saw the cut out separated alphabet, I felt it would be more durable but…. No where on the page does it state what comes in the package so depended on reviews to buy. Very dissatisfied and unhappy customer. *Other buyers be warned and don’t be mislead like I was*

Absolutely amazing system. My kid has clear signs of the same learning disability I had, and I was consistently two years behind in reading. This book breaks down the daunting task of reading tutoring in a way that’s easy for parents. I’ve done it with my son and two others in the neighborhood, the two other boys have picked it up very quickly at age 4! My son has been learning a bit slower, but I’m very very glad to fina simple resource without all the bells and whistles and complicated learning curves to help him get a head start! It’s very very easy, and her YouTube videos make it clear how to teach, it took no time at all to figure out. You can’t beat her prices and it’s unreal how quickly they learn this intuitive system. Not enough positive things to say about this. I’ve gotten 6 other moms in the neighborhood to start this system and they all say the same thing-it’s incredible! Takes sooooo much of the stress off the parent trying to figure out how to help teach and support kiddos learning. This made it easy and doable. Took all the intimidation out of it!! Her YouTube where she shows this system is called “Jady A” on YouTube! She has a LOT of amazing resources for those interested. Walks you through how to homeschool or home tutor! I will be doing everything she recommends for years to come!

This book is MARVELOUS for teaching your children to read. My daughter aged 8 has dysphasia, and this book has REALLY helped her. Thank you to the auther. I will by the series.
