Gotta call foul on that answer. USA? likely not - and the bottle has nothing on it to answer the question. Sure, it says DISTRIBUTED BY Carlson, just like it says tested in an FDA registered facility. Carlson may sell it, but apparently they didn't make the stuff, and don't own the "FDA registered" facility they had test it - neither does FDA have anything to do with supplements. Easy to come away thinking that it's made in USA and approved by the FDA - NOT!!

Yes our Zinc 15mg is vegetarian.

Why is there calcium in it this?

Hi Goo, I did not even see in the ingredients that there is calcium in it. In my zinc there is only zinc gluconate. Perhaps you can call the company and get an answer regarding this. Their website probably provides a toll free number to call. I hope I have helped you. Thank you and good luck.
