what is the storage shelf life?

As long as it is in a cool dry place it should last about 6 months.

Is the blowing agent water or other? Do you have a K value for the foam?

There is no blowing agent. Water will cause the foam to not rise.

what is the proper storage temperature? pre mix.

Stored in unopened, containers at temperatures between 10 - 32°C (50 - 90°F).

Can you spray these chemicals? step 1 in one bottle, step 2 in the second bottle..

They do have special guns to be able to spray but if you tried to mix the two together and then try to spray you would have problems as this expands too fast.
