Q: Is it solid fabric to insulate or do the small holes go all the way thru letting in light and heat? (Just noticed mine is perforated!)

On mine the perforated sections do not go all the way through. That would defeat the concept of an insulated bag.

Q: Is there a cardboard or plastic sheet that goes at the bottom so bag keep its shape?

No there is not but the bag holds its shape just fine and folds easier than the bags with the liner. I am very satisfied with this product.

Q: Supports approximately how much weight? Regulates temperature approximately how long?

I’d guess about 10-12 lb. I’m not sure about how long things stay cold, beyond our ~30 minute drive home from the store.
