I use it with a pill. I put it under my nose on the temples and across my forehead. It assists in helping me with migraine relief. Easily portable in my purse or pocket.

I did not buy this for headaches. I was looking something to help with stress and anxiety. I really love these. The smell is perfect and doesnt smell too medicinal or flowery. Very calming.

I'm all for natural products, and I expected better out of this. I normally would use peppermint oil for headaches, but since I ran out, I stumbled upon this product and decided to give it a try. I really love the smell! But to me, the peppermint part of it isn't very strong. Sometimes I feel a cooling sensation, other times I don't...? Weird??? It does help ease tension and exhaustion headaches, but usually feeling a cooling sensation really helps soothe a headache and this product doesn't deliver that each time. I don't know why LOL. I apply it the same way each time. Either way, it smells amazing, it does do something, a little goes a long way, and it's convenient to apply.

This product is the best lip gloss I have found. Most lip gloss dry my lips instead of providing adequate moisture. I have been using badger sleep balm on my lips for years but the stick is much better than the tin. I don’t get headaches so I do not know if it works for that.

A favorite. Calms the anxiety

I purchased this as an alternative to my migraine meds because I currently cannot take them due to being pregnant. It works ok, but I didn't see a ton of difference in relief compared to using nothing at all.

I am a huge fan of all Badger balm products and would highly recommend focus balm. This was bought for my daughter and found it really helped her to focus, whilst studying for GCSEs. The balm was shared amongst her friends and I have used it myself before stressful events. It comes in a handy roll on stick and smells lovely. I will be buying more in preparation for her A level exams.

Was very surprised when I first used this that it did help ease my migraine enough for my medication to kick in faster. My sense of smell is always a lot stronger when i have a migraine, and this definitely helped block out some of the smells that affect me as well

I was disappointed when I saw the size that I was getting especially considering the price: 32.24 and a shipping and handling charge of 13.00. I was badly surprised by how small the quantities were and the amount of fragrance that came out of the product; needless to say, it did very little to lower the anxieties of my Lady and considering the let down I experienced by the experience: it raised mine. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would think that Amazon would be more diligent in sampling the products before they accepted to put it on their site.
