This is a wonderful product. They stay on well and there is no smell to them. Both I and my son are allergic to most bandages and band aides even when they say hypoallergic but we are able to use these without any problems. They can be used safely even on delicate parts of the body without problems. They are clear so you can monitor the healing of the area you are using them on. They do come in a kind that has fabric in the middle for use on open sores. If that is your need look for that type. They take a bit of getting use to how to unpackage them and use them but they are very much worth the effort. Excellent product.

These 3M Transparent Dressings are nothing short of unbelievable! A couple of weeks ago, I hit a patch of black ice and fell hard during a motorcycle ride. The result was severe road rash that was at least an 1/8" deep and in some places much deeper. I first used regular gauze and an antibiotic ointment and was in a great deal of pain. Removing the gauze would result in sticking and it was extremely painful. After three days of that misery, I looked for something else and came across this after some research on the net. After just 10 days of this dressing over the wounds (which covered practically my entire arm and wrist), it is hard to tell that I ever had road rash. I only had to replace the dressing three times and it never stuck to the wound but stuck well to the surrounding skin. There is no scabbing and no scarring; just new skin where there was none before. As an added plus, the swelling and pain normally associated with antibiotic ointment wasn't there. At least three times the healing rate, no infection and so thin that they never rubbed wound, but provide great protection - even in the shower. All I did was clean the wounds well, disinfect and cover with this dressing. No ointments, no mess, no swelling and significantly reduced pain over anything else. I had also tried the hydro-colloidal dressing by another manufacturer. They were good, but not as comfortable and didn’t breath at all. The exudate continues to build with those dressings and gets a bit itchy and somewhat painful after a day or so. This dressing allows just the right amount of exudate to form over the wound and promote healing but allows oxygen to get to the wound to reduce the risk of infection while still protecting against bacteria getting into the wound Despite the severity of the injuries, the healing took place quickly once I started using this transparent dressing. I will never use anything else. 3M ROCKS! It is great to see an American company that has never compromised its standards.

As described, works like tegaderm should

I use these for a skin condition called HS. These help me survive while the flare ups are subsiding. The material is very comfortable and feels like skin! I was able to use these when I went to a waterpark and it helped subside the pain I was in. Taking it off is easy in the shower too.

I was a little wary of the unofficial repackaging but I did not need a large quantity. They seem legit, they did have a little bit of a strange odor, not too strong or perfumey, just like medicine cabinet smell? Lol, so I had them air out for a bit before using. I was wanting a skin buffer for a CGM that I expected may cause irritation / allergy on my skin, but I'm only using it briefly so I didn't want to pay a lot for a large pack of pads or spray. I used one under the CGM to protect the skin and one over top to help keep it in place. They make nicer designs for the over sticker but I didn't want to spend $30 on over-stickers when this would get the job done. I tested one of these on my lower arm to make sure I didn't react to it before I used it with the CGM. Afaik it's not interfering with the sensor at all in either position and it's held up well coming up on 10 days and with a first time and semi-blind application to back of my arm.

Very good price for an excellent product

My dog ripped out a stitch he somehow was able to reach after a few biopsies, so his vet put something in the hole and covered it with a tegaderm bandage. They told me to replace it at home, and I was able to order these off of Amazon. They worked very well, and I loved that I could see the healing progress. I edited the picture due to how gross the wound was and included a healed picture once the tegaderm bandage was removed. Worked super well! I would, however, be cautious when using this on thin skin and hair. I had to use a little bit of alcohol on a q-tip to slowly remove the bandage from my dog's super thin skin. The removal also plucked out a few hairs.

Works great! The adhesive sticks well. I am using these to cover an open wound so I can swim and shower.

Great used these dressings to cover stitches. Lasted more than a couple of days when showering. Kept my wound dry. For what I used them for I was very happy with them.
