bad packaging
I personally love waxing!! and by looking at this item I felt it would be a great fit for me. but they way I have received package I am not very happy! wax is leaking out of the bottle and sticking everywhere in the box.

Yes I let it warm for 45 minutes. Yes I did all things in the right direction. Either I have heroic leg hairs or this product is USELESS HAIRS ARE ALL STILL THERE but half ripped off 👍🏼
