Badrinath Ki Dulhania is a story of Badrinath Bansal from Jhansi and Vaidehi Trivedi from Kota and what happens when the two of them meet. Even though they both belong to small towns, their mindset about gender roles in society and about life in general are diametrically opposite. This leads to a clash of ideologies, despite both of them recognising the goodness in each other. Will they be able to overcome circumstances to accept their love for each other? Will they be able to surpass the expectations and pressures of their small town families to be together? The main male actor became abusive and threw his girl into a trunk and tried to strangle her. Then somehow they still remained in love..... reality stepped out of the movie and it became totally unrealistic. And then there was this weird complementary touching gang scene.... What? This was NOT the lighthearted comedy we were looking for. But we made the best of it. Be warned....

This is the first and the only movie of 2017 which has brought immense happiness to my face and at the same time drew away all my sorrows. Not even any mollywood movie did I like so much recently. THANK YOU BADRI AND VAIDEHI FOR THE JOY YOU GUYS GAVE ME THROUGHOUT THIS 2:30 hr MOVIE. I dont understand why it is rated so low on imdb(6.3). I would definitely give it a 7.8 for its awesome artistic excellence & damn superb chemistry between all the actors. Moreover it is a wholesome FAMILY ENTERTAINER. Dont miss this one.....

Good packing . Love collecting original Blu-ray and DVD. Question to reliance entertainment - Why are you not manufacturing original Blu-ray and dvd after super 30 movie ? I always buy Original physical media.
